So, I made a deposit, then signed up for GamStop right after, bad timing, I know. The casino froze my account, and now I’m stuck wondering if I’ll get my money back. Tried contacting support, but they said I need to wait for “verification.” Anyone been through this? Do they refund deposits after self-exclusion? Feels like a long shot.
